STORY

The Training Table was born out of a simple observation: the restaurants that thrive are the ones where every team member — from the dishwasher to the AGM — knows exactly what's expected of them, feels equipped to deliver it, and believes their job is worth doing well.

For ten years, Steph Jarm built training systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks for some of the country's most ambitious restaurant brands — entirely through word of mouth. In 2025, she built a team around that expertise, and The Training Table became what it was always meant to be: a full fractional training department that any growing restaurant brand can access.

Founder & Lead Strategist

Steph started her career as a hostess and spent nearly two decades working her way through every level of restaurant operations, from line cook to C-suite executive.

She founded Steph Jarm LLC in 2015 and spent 10 years building training systems for brands ranging from single-unit independents to 250-location chains, 100% referral-based. In 2025 she built a team and launched The Training Table — the fractional training department she always wished existed when she was an operator.
